Europe’s ability to act depends not only on strong institutions but also on new ideas and the people willing to advance them.

We were therefore pleased to see our Consultant Julian Gläser take part in United Europe’s Europe Lab 2026 in the House of the European Union in Berlin, contributing to discussions on some of the key questions shaping Europe’s future. These centred on the challenges of further integrating key policy areas such as energy, digitalisation and finance at the European level to increase efficiency and turn Europe’s strong R&D potential into EU-made innovations and economic development.

The Young Leaders Advocacy Seminar brought together participants from across Europe to discuss geopolitics, energy security, European identity and future readiness – and to translate these debates into concrete policy ideas and initiatives.
