2022 is a decisive year for the EU’s climate policy. Many projects will be negotiated in the upcoming months. One of the most important issues discussed is the CO2 border adjustment mechanism (CBAM) –  an instrument that will oblige importers from non-EU countries to pay a CO2 price equal to that of EU companies.
