We are pleased to announce that Berlin Global Advisors (BGA) has reached agreement with the shareholders of Strategic Minds Company (SMC), Joachim Lang, Holger Bingmann, Friedbert Pflüger and Sibylle Pflüger, about the sale of 100% of the share capital of SMC.

SMC is a leading consultancy in the energy sector for strategy and public affairs in Germany. The combination of BGA and SMC marks a milestone as we expand our expertise and deepen our German client relationships in the area of energy transformation.

As of May 1, 2024, BGA will integrate SMC led by our Managing Partners, Ralf Welt and Martin Wiesmann.
