BGA Founder & CEO Jan Kallmorgen moderated the panel, “Paris-Berlin – Why there is no alternative to a joined defense innovation agency” on day two of this year’s The Digital Society Society Conference.
Speakers were Dr. Gundbert Scherf, Partner, McKinsey & Company and André Loesekrug-Pietri, Former Special advisor to the French Minister of Defence & JEDI Task Force. The overall theme of the conference centered on how to reintroduce technical, legal, political and military reliability in an age of digital insecurities and uncertainties. The panel topic focused on the lack of alternatives to a joint defense agency in a time when unity within NATO is in question and Germany and France are reassessing their bilateral relationship following elections in their respective countries.
